Why we built this
Two of us started MosaicalAI as an Australian company. Between us, decades inside enterprise risk and cybersecurity programs, large-scale quantification work, and platform building. Client names on request, under NDA.
We watched the same problem repeat across every function we touched. Dozens of tools producing fragmented evidence. Teams burning their best hours stitching reports together instead of making decisions. Money tied up in technology, data and processes that don’t connect. Executives asking the same questions and never getting clear answers.
Every vendor in our path was selling something that did not fit. A platform you subscribed to. A copilot that “assisted.” A consultant who left with the knowledge. None of them assembled the picture. The work still came back to the team the night before the board meeting.
We built our first mosaic in cybersecurity because that is where the fragmentation was most acute and the board pressure was highest. But the methodology, pattern library, orchestration layer, deployment IP, assembles a complete picture for any function with fragmented data. Cybersecurity is the first mosaic. Every other Mosaic is the business.
With all the advancements in technology, there has to be a different way to do this.
